What is the price?
$18/package for 1–9 packages. Order 10+ packages and get $12/package. Each package includes 35 towels.
Can I order by phone or email?
Please submit orders through the website order form so quantity, shipping address, pricing, delivery option, payment status, and your customer record stay accurate. Phone, email, and contact messages are for questions and support, not informal order replacement.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Available carrier options and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout. After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Local delivery timing is confirmed separately.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes. Free local delivery is available in selected local cities: North Hollywood, Studio City, Valley Village, Toluca Lake, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Valley Glen, Sun Valley, Panorama City, Glendale, Atwater Village, Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, Los Feliz, and Encino.
If your address is outside our local delivery area, standard shipping or manual shipping review may apply. Separate from local delivery, California orders of 20+ packages may qualify for free delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order ships, we provide tracking information so you can follow the shipment and see where your order is in transit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Orders may be changed or cancelled only before processing or fulfillment begins. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
How do refunds work?
We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order details so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Eligible unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Refunds are not automatic and are issued after the request and returned items, when applicable, have been reviewed.
What material are the towels made from?
High-quality non-woven spunlace fabric using compressed polyester and viscose fibers.
What size are the towels?
The available size is 16 x 31 in (40×80 cm).
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 package. 1 package includes 35 towels.
Can I request a sample?
Samples are available for businesses and distributors only. Individual samples are not available. One approved sample includes one standard package of 35 towels, and the sample product is free.
Free local delivery may apply in selected local cities. Outside the local delivery area, the customer is responsible for shipping or delivery cost. All sample requests are reviewed manually before approval.
