By placing an order, creating an account, or submitting a request through a page that clearly references these Terms & Conditions, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.

When an acceptance notice or checkbox is presented, completing the applicable action confirms your agreement to the linked terms and policies.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order, create an account, or submit a request through the website.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you live. If you use the website or place an order on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You may use the Viliante website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Viliante makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, packaging details, dimensions, quantities, and other information accurately.

Screen settings, photography, packaging updates, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors may cause minor differences between online representations and the product received. Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Products, samples, pricing, promotions, delivery options, and other offers are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Viliante may limit quantities, reject requests, or cancel orders when inventory is unavailable, information is inaccurate, suspicious activity is detected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

Prices and quantity-based pricing are those displayed on the website or at checkout when the order is submitted. Price changes made after Viliante accepts an order will not affect that accepted order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, expedited-delivery charges, and other required fees are calculated or disclosed before payment.

If Viliante discovers an obvious pricing, calculation, promotional, or technical error before fulfillment, Viliante may contact the customer for approval of the corrected amount or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms only that Viliante received the order and does not constitute final acceptance, fulfillment, or shipment confirmation.

An order is accepted when Viliante sends an express acceptance or fulfillment confirmation or dispatches the order for delivery.

Before acceptance, Viliante may review, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory availability, inaccurate information, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or other reasonable fulfillment concerns.

If Viliante cancels a paid order before shipment, Viliante will refund the amounts paid for the unshipped order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, contact, and business information when placing an order or submitting a request.

You are responsible for errors or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information, including incorrect addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, quantities, or business details.

You authorize Viliante and its payment service providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

Payment may be declined, delayed, cancelled, or reviewed by the payment provider or financial institution. Viliante is not responsible for charges independently imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Available delivery methods, shipping rates, tracking availability, and estimated delivery dates depend on the destination, order quantity, selected service, carrier availability, and other checkout conditions.

Local Delivery and third-party carrier shipments are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.

If Viliante determines that an order cannot be shipped within the communicated shipping timeframe, Viliante will provide a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

Order changes, cancellations, returns, damaged-order claims, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Submitting a cancellation, return, replacement, or refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed according to the order status, product condition, supporting information, applicable policy, and applicable law.

Samples are intended for eligible businesses and distributors and remain subject to review and approval. Submitting a sample request does not guarantee approval, availability, free shipping, or free delivery.

The Viliante name, branding, logos, product presentation, website design, photographs, graphics, text, videos, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Viliante and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from this content without prior written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The website and order process may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, shipping applications, delivery carriers, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Viliante does not control every third-party system and cannot guarantee that every external service will remain continuously available or error-free.

The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, omissions, technical issues, or outdated content relating to products, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping, or other matters.

Viliante may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, Viliante will contact the customer when appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Viliante does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, complete, or free from technical errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viliante will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from website use, service interruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside Viliante’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, violation of law, personal injury, property damage, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory warranty, refund, replacement, product-liability, or consumer-protection right available under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by Viliante to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Viliante.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Viliante may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, products, business practices, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised version becomes effective when posted with an updated date.

Changes will not apply retroactively to an order already accepted by Viliante unless required by law or expressly agreed to by the customer.
